Beer description
Pronounced “choch” this Basque inspired beer gains inspiration from a famous cocktail: the Picon Punch. Aged in brandy barrels for 12 months then infused with pomegranate molasses, orange, and lemon zest. Traditionally the txotx or “toothpick,” used to plug the sample port in the barrels the brandy was aged in, was the exclamation used upon its removal for sampling!
