Beer description
It all started with the use of flavorful English malts and an extremely lengthy boil time to develop the richness, complexity, and deep beautiful color of this masterpiece.
We then aged it for a year in bourbon barrels, adding many nuances of vanilla, oak and fruity caramel. Lastly, it was conditioned on freshly toasted pecans until it was reminiscent of the decadent pie that we all know and love
