Beer description
With this brightly tart fruited sour ale, we're starting the trend of calling a low pHa "phat pH". Kendall came up with idea of taking Brilliant, our strong sour ale, and adding loads of raspberry and citrus (including fresh blood orange zest). The result is a lovely bright red beer with flavors of freduit punch.
