Beer description
What first started as a Belgian rye golden strong has transformed into a beautifully complex fruit beer. Aged in chardonnay barrels for 6 months along with 100 lbs of fresh Hood River Bartlett pears per barrel. Notes of ripe pear, oak, chardonnay, and brettanomyces PEAR amazingly with the spice rye and fruity Belgian character. Keg condition
