10 Barrel Brewing - Fresh Hope 2022

It’s our favorite time of year, fresh hop season. For our Breast Cancer Awareness 2022 brew, we were able to secure Eldoraro hops freshly plucked from the vine. We incorporated these little beauties in the hop back, which is on the way from the kettle to the fermenter. This addition showcases bright tropical fruit flavors along with pear, stone fruit and an underlying berry note that this hop is known for. Doesn’t get any fresher than this!
