Beer description
It's fair to say that Flanders Red is a style of beer that doesn't need to be elevated, but we did it anyway and added 200 lbs of fresh, organic blueberries from Berkey's in Lebanon, OR. The base beer, which was aged for over a year in neutral red wine barrels, adds a malty, vinous quality that makes for a perfect interplay with the blueberry's gorgeous sweet, jammy, and floral contribution.
