Day 9 ::: Bürgerliches Brauhaus Altbairisch Hell

The Bürgerliches Brauhaus (citizen brewery) was founded in 1882 when 14 small craft beer breweries decided to merge their business and know-how.
The Altbairisch Hell is perfect for beer rookies or those who prefer less bitter beers. The initial recipe was adapted and the first ever brew of the modernized recipe was only launched in April 2018 in order to get a smooth, light but still aromatic taste.
In 2019 this classical lager has won the DLG-Award.

Not my favorite but not bad either. I'll bet this would be good on a hot summer day. A clean and crisp beer with a very subtle maltiness. I think it could use a tad more hopiness for flavoring

Very drinkable, but it didn't seem special to me. Loads better than lots of regular beers I've had, but this did seem very regular. Not bad at all, just meh
