Oliver Koblenzer, founder of "Kraftbierwerkstatt" became infected with the craft beer virus while on vacation in Hawaii. Back home in good old Germany he taught himself how to brew and happily set out to become a gypsy brewer. He called his brand "Kraftbierwerkstatt". Oliver does not have its own brewing facility. Instead, the team rents space in the brewhouses of small breweries and uses existing brewing facilities - from brew kettle to bottling.
"Der Schwarze Bock"
Finest and dark rye malt makes this strong beer almost black, yet it's incredibly drinkable and goes down like oil. In the aftertaste, many aromas follow: chocolate, dried fruit, coffee...the list will never end. Try it yourself!
