Stickmen Brewing

At Stickmen we like variety and that is reflected in our brewing setup. We have a 7 barrel brew system with four fermenters and five serving tanks. What does that mean? Our batch size is around 220 gallons which gives us about 14 standard kegs. The multiple fermenters and serving tanks let us create a variety of styles to keep things interesting. We managed to cram all of that into a previously unused space in the center of our 1940’s era building. The space was originally the stage of the old theater and now is home to the ongoing production – “Stickmen Beer”. Hope you enjoy the show!
