Restoration Brew Worx

Restoration Brew Worx is located in historic downtown Delaware Ohio. They opened their brewpub in May 2015. They make all of their own beer in house on a 10 BBL – 3 vessel brewing system. They have 3- 10bbl fermenting vessels that are usually full allowing the yeast to perform it’s magical job. They also have 5- 10BBL single walled tanks that function as secondary fermenters, serving vessels, and brite tanks, just whatever they need that day. They turn valves, pump wort, and produce fresh beer served at their brew pub and in kegs at select accounts around the Central Ohio region. They feature fresh made pub food to pair with their hand-made craft beer. Executive Chef Matthew “Pepper” Micahel and his culinary staff even make their own ketchup.
