Pivovar Dašice

It is clear from the archival materials that the brewery in Dašice was founded in patrimonial times. The first mention of it dates back to 1507, when it was owned by Mr. William of Pernstein. In 1616 the brewery was rebuilt and its features are evident up to now. This year is considered the beginning of the modern history of the Dašice Brewery. The brewery still brewed beer in the 1920s. Then, however, beer production was gradually stopped. Since then, the brewery has been abandoned and decayed. In 2007, a large-scale reconstruction was initiated with the aim of resuming beer production along with the provision of catering and accommodation services.
