Warszawski Browar Bazyliszek or HOW IT STARTED ... Bazyliszek wanted to revive the tradition of Warsaw brewing. Bazyliszek started in 2014 as a contract brewery brewing beers in hospitable brewery thresholds: Trzy Korony in Puławy, Browar in Zamość, Browar Tumski, Hotel Płock and in Pivovaria in Radom. Since 2015, Bazyliszek have been brewing in their own brewery in Natolin near Warsaw, which Bazyliszek bought from Artezan Brewery. It is a small craft brewery with a breaking time of 10 h and production capacity of up to 120 hl of beer per month. Bazyliszek first beer was American Psycho IPA - extremely hoppy beer with herbal gruit. As one of the first Bazyliszek used raw materials that were unusual in beer production: potatoes, acorns, herbs, flower petals, pine shoots, and even milk and tar. Bazyliszek attach great importance to the quality of malts and hops and do not save on products - Bazyliszek make beers as Bazyliszek would like to drink. Bazyliszek brewers are home brewers, members of PSPD: Arek Kalinowski and Michał Krupa. Bazyliszek are constantly looking for new opportunities, flavors and derive great joy from brewing good beer.
