Brasserie Ovata

Ovata is the story of two passionate friends who decided to create their own microbrewery. In 2022, the project was born out of a desire to share quality beers that are like us. Our name comes from the Latin name for the jade tree: Crassula Ovata. This small, fat plant, familiar from indoor gardens, represents prosperity, especially in friendship. The name reflects our project: two friends offering beers to share with friends. Ovata is a contemporary, independent craft brewery. We want to explore all the creative potential of the brewing world. Traditional beers brought up to date and daring experiments, offered in our permanent or temporary collection. The Ovata brewery is located in Bouzonville in the heart of the Moselle countryside. We designed our project to be rooted in the local area, giving priority to local and organic ingredients.
