Dark ale beer secondarily fermented with a mix of different Brettanomyces yeasts and aged in wooden whiskey barrels. Base beer is a porter to which cocoa beans have been added. Chocolate flavors are thus obtained, and wine notes and mild aroma are the product of a combination of wild yeasts.
