This strong IPA was brewed in an image of the American west coast. Higher bitterness is provided by the famous hop Simcoe and joins with a very curious fruity character of New Zealand hops Nelson Sauvin and Motueka - hops known for its eerie and elegant taste reminiscing of grapes.
