Browar Zapanbrat - Zapanbrat Trzech Kumpli Grodziskie

Grodziskie is the only beer style in the world that is exclusively of Polish origin. Its small home is Grodzisk Wielkopolski, where the beer was probably brewed as early as the Middle Ages. It is very light, above average, with a characteristic aroma of smoked malt, a slightly sour profile, and a very lively carbonation. This time, we decided to refine the basic version with grilled lemons and red pepper. The team at Zapanbrat Brewery took on the task of smoking the wheat malt with oak smoke (in a traditional fireplace!) and grilling the lemons for us.
