ZalaZ Figo e a Flor

The fig trees scattered around the farm exude the sweet aroma of leaves, flowers and fruits. These flowers, known as achenes, close and form figs, which in Lena's copper pots and become our fig jam. Thus, a new creation appears, Figo and Flor. A doppelbock, lager beer with long cold maturation, with the sweetness and aroma of fig trees.
