Pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of rustic saison yeast, brett funk, some light plastic notes, and some grape must. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast and lots of brett upfront, with a touch of esters, and some light grape must. Lots of brett funk and musty. Champagne-like carbonation dominates the palate.
