It pours a clean dark brown color with a minimal beige head. Aroma is tangy and massively spicy with notes of cinnamon, Thai spices, melon, lemon peel. Taste is medium sweet and big bold on spices, with light bitter astringent and tangy notes. Big bold lime, ginger, cinnamon and Thai spices. Medium bodied with good carbonation.
