Every tired hack can sit down and try to come up with an idea that doesn't seem outdated and yet won't anger the critics – that just won't do. And so his impotent, pseudo-creative drive fades away like a disappointed hop out of bed. It's an ailment of both body and soul. So get off your ass and try VEGETALISM! You've never experienced beets like this before, thrown onto a malt canvas and defying all old-fashioned brewing conventions! Inspired by the radical spirit of Suprematism, we've added a touch of empire and red beets to reinvent the Berliner Weisse. By avoiding a more traditional recipe, we maintain a low bitterness, which arises from an exciting combination of bright lemon acidity and spicy astringency.
