Vale Brewing - Vale Lager

This is our interpretation of what a New World Craft Lager should be. Approachable, sippable, balanced, and flavor-intense. This beer is filtered to achieve a soft and refreshing crispness with moderate carbonation. The grain profile, consisting 100% of malt, is a combination of Pilsner, Carapils, and light Munich, while the hop bill includes noble German Tettnang, Australian Helga, and New Zealand Pacifica hops. The sweet malt characters are balanced by the earthy spiciness, fresh citrus kick, and floral notes of the hops.
