Ursula Tartman

Poured a hazy gold with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of straw, yeast and lemon zest. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry tart finish. Flavors of straw, yeast, lemon zest and a hint of white pepper with a smooth dry tart finish.
