Ursa Bio Parada

URSA BIO PARADA is a totally unconventional beer, surprising with both its briskness and comprehensiveness. Fermented with a blend of brewer's yeast , wild yeast and lactic bacteria, and then long aged in the company of oak wood from French cognac barrels. The complex aroma consists of notes of cognac, raisins, vanilla, almonds, dried orange peel and cinnamon. The taste is dominated by malt countered with natural, wild acidity at the finish. On the label, we used the unique graphics of Shauna Tan, an Australian master of stories using images. In his work he often refers to nature. The content of the illustration refers to a multitude of beneficial ones microorganisms used to create the BIO PARADE, and the premiere of the beer is accompanied by the Polish premiere of Shauna Tan's book "Stories from the City of Deep."
