Bright and crisp, with a finish as dry as a Southern Utah butte, the Brut IPA style variant seemed destined to be born in the West. Saddleback is our take on the concept: an easy-sipping, light-bodied, and effervescent brew, with hop forward aromas of gooseberries, white wine and passion fruit.
