In 2019 we had the pleasure of spending some time with The Bruery's very own Sour Jesus, Jeremy. We shared some very special beers and brewed a beer of our own to put into Chatauneuf de Pape barrels.
The barrels were innoculated with Bruery bottle's 'cake' to make this collaboration come alive. This beer has plenty of oak tannins, funk, and vinous characteristics to give you a tart and complex sour.
