Siete is a Helles Bock (or MaiBock) style beer, a classic strong lager beer, made by low fermentation, according to German tradition, with a more intense presence of the beans in its flavor and aroma, always full-bodied and with a high alcohol content., fact that reinforces its comparison with a particular animal. Its name (Bock) comes from Einbeck, in northern Germany where it originated and which translated means "goat".
