Tombstone Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout (Buffalo Trace)

For this beer, brewery took an intensely malty, roasty stout and aged it for over a year in Buffalo Trace barrels. Time brought out the dark chocolate, caramel, and toffee flavors of the base stout and balanced them with intense notes of oak, vanilla, and the spirit character from the barrel.
