Three Floyds Caldene

Tropical followed by some grapefruit, lemongrass, and grain. Moderately sweet, subtly bitter, mildly mineral, with a gentle lingering bitterness. This is the second beer to come from stone square tanks. A sister brew to Dune using roughly the same malt and hop bill but substituting lager yeast with ale yeast. Resulting in a smoother cleaner finish.
