Thimble Eins Stein

Bringing another pilsner to the line up! This is a traditional German Pilsner brewed with German malt and Tettnanger hops. They then dry hopped this beer with a pound per barrel of German Saphir to add a nice lemon zest aroma. This pils was brewed under the strict guidelines of Reinheitsgebot, meaning they used all house ingredients. It has a perfect malty floral hop flavor and a very bright fruit aroma. Prost!
