The Samphire Sour

A softly salty & citric 4.4% soft, sessionable sour. The soreness is tart and soft but well balanced by the salt component and a mild sweetness from the dark crystal. A healthy addition of lemondrop hops from Germany gives a non offensive, harmonious bitter element to the beer finishing & rounding off with a subtle citrus and earthy bite from the sumac.
