The Fermentorium Manoomin

American Ale brewed with wild rice. Manoomin translates to “The Good Berry” in Ojibwe. To the Objibwe and Native American cultures of Wisconsin and Minnesota, manoomin was a central component of their culture and diet. Today they know manoonmin as wild rice and it is the star of this unique seasonal ale.
