This full bodied traditional Irish ale recipe is dedicated to Quentin Roosevelt, son of Teddy, who was the first commander of the 36th Fighter Squadron, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. The same squadron the brewer commanded. A toast to all those who defend our freedom. Harrumph!
