Cieszyn Browar Zamkowy - Sour Mango Ale

Sour Ale mit Mango is a fascinating beer that was voted the best beer of the 2018 1st Home Brewers Festival in Warsaw by consumers. Out of several hundred competition entries, Dominik Połeć from Warsaw was chosen as the winner in the category of "Best Beer of the Festival" with his beer "Mango Generator". It is a light, drinkable and sour beer with the addition of mango fruits. As a reward, the winner brewed the beer according to his own house recipe at Browar Zamkowy Cieszyn.
