Brewed with flaked rice and lactose sugar. Conditioned on plenty of cinnamon sticks and vanilla beans and fermented with house lager yeast. Notes of cinnamon, vanilla, rice pudding and cinnamon buns. A delicate body, medium sweetness and a crisp finish.
