Rofer Red IPA

Stronger and hoppy version of India Pale Ale, medium body with a caramel, biscuit and toffee character. Citrus and tropical fruit aromas and intense bitterness, from the American hops Citra and Mosaic and enhanced by the Dry-Hop method (addition of hops in cold ripening). Dry, slightly sweet finish. Pairs with cured meats, well seasoned sauces, toffee pudding.
