Following a centuries-old manufacturing tradition, we use 50% wheat malt (weizen) in the formulation, which results in a nutritious and refreshing beer with a malt flavor and banana bread. Tutti-frutti aroma and cloves typical of this style, as well as the characteristic turbidity, come from the suspended yeast (hefe). With a medium body and a feeling of softness in the mouth, the ROFER HEFE WEIZEN is an everyday beer.
