Bierbeschreibung

Aroma is sweet, hoppy: tropical fruit, ’multifruit juice’, mild maltiness beyond that. Not very intense. Pours deep amber with large rocky head. Very good lacing and retention. In flavor it’s fruity, resiny, plenty of pine and has kinda uh... minty sweetish flavor, at first I also thought bubblegum but soon decided it’s more like gooseberries. I wish I knew what hops they used. Then some malt, caramel, and soon comes the grapefruity & resiny light/med bitter finish. Aftertaste bready and a bit citrusy, slightly sour. Full-bodied, hella carbonated (excessively so in my opinion), rather drinkable. I picked it as my first encounter with Roch to test if it’s worth trying any other beers from them, and they pass. It’s nice.
