Prost Sommer Ale

Thanks to its low attenuation and low alcohol content, the Prost Sommer Ale promises to be a refreshing beer and ideal to enjoy on hot days. Their third strain of brewer's yeast involved in the brewing process of this beer is highly fermented and is used exclusively for Ale and Stout beers. Pilsen-style malted barley is complemented and perfected with our caramel malt to achieve a balanced body with a delicate sweet note. The hops are of the aromatic Perle variety and are dosed in small quantities to achieve a soft bitterness and a floral aroma typical of Ale beers.
