"Hodová dvanáctka", as we renamed our beer, is a typical representative of light lager of the Czech (if you want Pilsner) type. It is cooked in two meats from exclusively light Pilsner malt and hopped with two Czech hops (Agnus and Žatecký poloraný červeňák). She then lay in the tank for 5 weeks.
