In 2020, Mazák Brewery celebrates its 9th birthday. On this occasion, they decided to cook the most traditional lager they can. Pivovar Mazák processed Pilsen malt in the classic Czech two-mouth method, and in the wort pan they filled the wort with Czech Žatec half-early red wine at the hop-growing plant. After five weeks they are done and you can enjoy a purely Czech, balanced beer with a mild bitterness and very good drinkability
