Penn Nut Roll

Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is dark amber to brown, head is tan with fine bubbles and presents 1 inch thick with some lacing. Smell is vanilla, light cinnamon, then touch of cocoa and caramel malt. Taste is similar to the aroma with moderate dose of vanilla and cinnamon first, then lighter chocolate malt/cocoa/caramel malt - a light maple like finish.
