Pearl Street Linalool IPA

Linalool is one of the prized aromatic compounds that give hops their essence. The Northern Discovery Hop was found growing wild in Wisconsin and contains about two and a half times more linalool than any commercial variety of hop. Pearl Street Brewery brewed this wild hop, and the end result has a unique aroma, with the notes of lilac, pear, and bruised apple. Unlike other hoppy beers, the aromatics will develop over time.
