From the brewery's wild mother they obtain Noise and Flesh. This beer is 100% fermented with the wild culture they use to sour beers like Atalanta and Serpent Bite, then barrel-aged for months, and re-fermented over fresh Georgia blackberries. Noise and Flesh: Blackberry is vinous and tart, with jammy notes of blackberry, and dark fruit from port barrels.
