From the brewery's wild mother they obtain Noise and Flesh. This beer is 100% fermented with the wild culture they use to sour beers like Atalanta and Serpent Bite, then barrel-aged for months. Noise and Flesh is vinous and tart with a nose of peaches and citrus fruits.
