New England Style IPA with the hop varieties Lilly (Hallertau) and Mosaic (USA) Lilly is a new breed from the Hallertau, also known as Sissi. We like Lilly better. She captivates us with a taste of lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, passion fruit, gooseberry and red currant and in addition a good load of "mosaic hops". full hoppy aroma, light malt body, intensive taste. Fermented with English ale yeast, lots of wheat and oat malt. cloudy, creamy soft, juicy and much fresher hops in the nose and taste.
