This sour wheat beer features concentrated white grapefruit. Soured in the kettle with a dose of Lactobacillus the acidity or PH of the beer finishes off at 3.2 creating an acidic beer that will make your tongue pucker and your cheeks clench a little. Moderate bitterness comes from an infusion of intense white grapefruit that helps accentuate the sour character of this ale.
