Very complex aroma of funk, berries, wood, vinegar, red wine, and chocolate. Pours black with small but stable tan lacy foam. Taste is medium dry, medium sour with lots of berries, vinegar, funk, chocolate, some vanilla, wood. Low bitter, tart finish, soft carbo, average body. Overall very good and complex beer. It is amazing what bretts, barrel and time can do with rather bad Impy. Great experience.
