Olimp Bacchus Bourbon

Home wine is the first and obvious connotation. Red wine, grape skins, seeds. Delicately chocolaty. I appreciate the idea of this noble marriage but I wish beer side was stronger. Barrel in first taste is almost absent, just some stave, tannic feeling, while it explodes in aftertaste with all those bourbonish things. Curious beer.
