Okkara Hop In The Air

Pours a hazy, light golden, with a diminishing, off-white head. Good lacing. Somewhat juicy aroma; citrus/lemon, light fruit, hint of malt in the background. Herbal hint as it warms. Flavour is a much the same, sans the herbal. Hint of toffee instead, and a light grassy feel to the hops. Bitter hop finish, a wee bit fat. Lingering citrus, grass notes. Slightly watery palate.
