O’Connor’s seasonal Endless Saison Series is inspired by surf spots around the globe. Named after the renowned Sagami Bay beach in central Japan where surfers and beachgoers converge, the notes of honey and lemon in this Japanese inspired saison coalesce in a slight tartness complimented by an infusion of white and green tea.
